Congratulations to Susan Boyle for coming out publicly and discussing her Asperger's diagnosis. So many mental illnesses carry horrific stigma, and the autism spectrum disorders provide no exception. When interviewed, Ms. Boyle spoke frankly about how she is vulnerable without the support of others - the case for many men and women with mental illness.
