Not long after the Amy Bradley Is Missing docu-series on Netflix aired, I shared a video with my psychologist commentary on her disappearance. The doc-series understandably was widely watched by millions of viewers across the world, and I say "understandably" because cases involving missing people are incredibly frustrating and pull for people to want closure and certainty -- in addition to wishing for her safe return. But the overall point is that this kind of a disappearance induces strong thoughts and feelings in people. I include myself in that group and felt compelled to not only think about the details of her disappearance but also to reflect on what, if anything, we can learn from it.
In my first video on the subject, I address details of the case and what lessons we can take from it. You can see that video on my YouTube channel Dr. Seth: Psychologist here.
In my newest video, I recorded an update with new thoughts after reading about so many viewers' reactions and people's criticism of the family. You can see that video, too, on my YouTube channel Dr. Seth: Psychologist here.
I am truly wishing for a miracle in these circumstances for Amy and her family and friends.
