One of the most common issues people deal with is staying in dysfunctional dynamics or situations, and the dysfunction could be staying in a dysfunctional romantic relationship, family dynamic, substance use problem, or other negative behavior rut. Getting out of dysfunctional ruts is often fairly difficult to change, but still possible if a person is really committed to it.
