I Can't Take It: American Airlines Goes Holistic Zen

On a recent American Airlines flight, I was pleasantly surprised to see that they are actually thinking about their customers' respective moods and mental states by adding a new feature on the aircraft during the boarding process.

As everyone filed onto the plane, the video monitors played a video of images of animals and nature, while offering soothing, meditative music to go with the visuals. These videos gave the passengers something relaxing to look at and hear, which means that the customers might be a little less stressed or frustrated by traveling as a result.

It's often the smallest things that can make a significant difference in one's moods, so cheers to American Airlines for their thoughtfullness. Next, let's work on the legroom problem!
