Most people, at some point in their lives, find themselves getting stuck in some sort of dysfunctional life situation -- a miserable job situation, a bad relationship, a messed-up family dynamic, or another negative behavioral rut.
Why does this happen? When people find themselves stuck in a bad situation, they often stay STUCK in it if they have one of the TWO beliefs I talk about in this video that can hold you down in your life in some way or another. I hope you find this video is helpful for you!
