One of the most important points I always want to share about ADHD is that it is often a misdiagnosed disorder. To truly know if you have it, you want to take a group of tests and psychological measures that provide good data and then have a licensed mental health professional interpret it.
But when it comes to relationships and people who have ADHD, their relationships can sometimes suffer if the person they are in a relationship with treats them like a patient by calling out their symptoms when they happen. I explain what I mean in my short video below on the subject from my YouTube channel with hundreds of self-improvement topics on all sorts of important life issues!
