Confidence at Work: How Confident Do You Appear to Others When You're in Work Meetings?

Confidence is an interesting psychological trait because what appears as confidence may not always actually be true confidence. For example, a person may "act" confident but actually feel a different way internally.

If you are someone who has a job where you have regular or occasional meetings, think about how you come across for a moment. Do you imagine that you appear confident? When you have something to say, do you typically just say it or it do you think a lot about what others might think about what you say?

Check out my video on this issue and see whether you relate!
