Confidence is an interesting psychological trait because what appears as confidence may not always actually be true confidence. For example, a person may "act" confident but actually feel a different way internally.
If you are someone who has a job where you have regular or occasional meetings, think about how you come across for a moment. Do you imagine that you appear confident? When you have something to say, do you typically just say it or it do you think a lot about what others might think about what you say?
