Kouri Richins & The Psychology of Motivations for Murder

The trial started last week for Kouri Richins, a mother of 3 from Utah charged with aggravated murder of her husband -- alleged that she fatally poisoned her husband. Richins denies the allegations against her. For those who do commit murder by poison, why might they choose this method? I discuss this and other psychological points.
