Mental Health Check-In: Mid-January!

It's mid-January in a brand new year and some of you may have set new year's resolutions. If so, what is the status of them? Are keeping up with them and practicing, disciplining yourself?

For those who didn't set resolutions, the middle of ANY month is a great time to check in with yourself about your mental health is doing. How's your mood and your hopefulness for the future? How motivated are you feeling? What is a good, specific goal you could set for yourself and your life in the next week?!

We can always set and reset goals and this action-taking increases our sense of hopefulness for the future.
