In over 20 years of being a clinical psychologist, I have found that there are two different types of "strong" people. One type -- you might not think of as strong until you take a moment to think it about more.
When you think about someone you consider to be really strong emotionally, what about them makes you think that? What do they do that you think makes them especially strong?
