If You Feel Exhausted and Have Burnout, It Could Be a Warning: How to Increase Your Energy

As a clinical psychologist for over 20 years, I have seen a lot of trends in human behavior. What I see in 2025 is that people are more burnt out and exhausted than they were in years past, and so it's important to think about ways to recharge one's battery and increase their energy in healthy ways.
