Labor Day, a day that was first celebrated in 1894, is meant to commemorate the American labor movement. Sometimes we need to actually take a moment and remind ourselves what the purpose of a particular holiday is for!
This Labor Day, take a moment to practice a good self-care activity that you might not normally do as a part of your week. Make an effort to take a nourishing bath if you're not a natural bath-taker, try a long walk if that's not usually your 'thing,' or try baking something fun and sharing with someone you care about!
My self-improvement videos on my YouTube channel, Dr. Seth: Psychologist, are always available for you, too!
