Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) includes tons of very effective techniques to help manage intense thoughts and feelings. One such technique is opposite action.
In my new video, I talk about opposite action can be used to help in a situation where you feel really upset with someone. Rather than let the situation escalate or get angry, or perhaps emotionally freeze someone out because you're mad or hurt, this technique is another alternative!
