How to Boost Your Confidence: 3 Questions to Start You on a Positive Path to Change

I believe as a psychologist that simply telling people exactly what they need to do is not always what people want or need. Sometimes what can be helpful is getting people to think about questions that allow them to reflect on their own life, thoughts, and motivations. When they can do that, sometimes that kick-start a path toward change.

In this video, I invite those watching to ask themselves 3 simple questions. These simple questions can help a person figure out they can start to increase their self-esteem rather than feel sad or helpless about it.
