PARENTING TIP: Child-Parent Psychotherapy

One of the best therapies I have found for children who have experienced some kind of psychological trauma is called Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP). One of the program's developers, Dr. Patricia Van Horn from the University of California at San Francisco, is pictured above.

If you're a parent who has a child who's experienced psychological trauma, CPP is an 18-month program that can really help your child heal. To learn more about it, check out its Facebook page at: www.Facebook.com/ChildParentPsychotherapy.
