How to Keep Your Cool When Someone Annoys You: Channel Your Inner "Store Manager"

As a psychologist of over 20 years, I have received training in many evidence-based practices and have learned so much from so many different therapeutic modalities. I have also found that some incredibly simple everyday techniques can be incredibly helpful for people dealing with people who bother or annoy them, or try to enlist them in arguments or verbal conflicts.

One of my newest videos is resonating with people and I think it's because so many of us can relate to the feeling of needing actual techniques to deal with difficult situations.
